    Best food I've eaten at a Taco Time in a very long time. To my surprise, the crisp burrito actually had real cheese in it. I live in Western WA and I cannot stand the food at the Taco Time NW locations since their food is dry and bland.
    The service at the drive thru window was excellent. We had a complicated order and the young woman who took our order was very kind and patient and she double checked that everything was correct before we left.
    I wish we lived closer to this location. We'll make sure to stop there again when travelling through Boise, ID.

    I've never been in a place where the boss and the employees are fighting. Yelling at each other telling them they are sweeping in the wrong place.

    Then they were yelling at each other saying they were "stupid as hell" and the manager proceeded to yell at the employees in front of me and another person who were waiting for their food. Jesus. Never again

    Wow, I had a really similar experience as "Braden H." from Nampa a few reviews down from here. The CLEARLY OVERWORKED manager lady was yelling at an employee that he was an idiot. Not sure why, it is a lot of youngsters in there, but they work really hard. Also, the managers close the store randomly?  Like, they turned the lights off on me and a few other guests. How does Taco Time corporate allow this? Quite strange. I honestly didn't think I could ever recommend Taco Bell over, well, anywhere, but here we are.

    As of right now I've been in the drive through for 30 minutes behind 4 cars and it's not moving. We are leaving. Never seen anything like this in my life.

    Just walked out. The line was long and I heard them say to other customers that "the beef isn't cooked yet". It's noon, and they haven't cooked the beef?
